About me

About Purple Phoenix Jewellery
I handcraft all my jewellery in my studio using silver, gold and platinum.
I trained as a goldsmith over 20 years ago and spent several years as a jeweller, managing a jewellery store and workshop, before taking time out to raise my three children.
Life has taken some unexpected turns but with the support of my new partner and my children’s encouragement I have found myself drawn back to my work bench and the craft I love.

Purple Phoenix Jewellery was born in that moment. A new beginning shaped by resilience, creativity, and the joy of making.
The name reflects both personal resilience and creative rebirth - a reminder that something beautiful can emerge from challenging times.

Each piece is made slowly and thoughtfully by hand, celebrating craftsmanship, beauty, and the idea that from life’s ashes, something truly meaningful can rise.

I sell my jewellery at artisan events and goldsmith exhibitions where a selection of my items, individual collections and one-off designs are available to view and purchase.
I also work with independent businesses and some selected galleries to help reach a wider audience.

Recently I have been fortunate to work with the National Trust and display at their newly opened Grantham House property.

All items can be recreated in different materials such as silver, 9ct / 18ct gold, white gold and platinum.

I create bespoke designs, and am happy to work with clients to discuss specific options where your ideas can be brought to life.
This is especially valuable for custom made pieces for weddings, anniversaries and special occasions.

I enjoy working on collections where I take inspiration from my own life and the world around me.

My mission is to create lovingly made handcrafted pieces that people will treasure for years. I would love for you to share photos of you wearing my pieces, so please Tag me on social media on Instagram or Facebook. You will find the link at the bottom of my Homepage. I would also love for you to share your Reviews!

I hope you enjoy each piece as much as I enjoyed making it.
