Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
Orders can be shipped to the UK, Europe, North American and Australia. Delivery times and costs can be found here: Delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is carefully prepared before being sent and we aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery times are detailed at checkout but we aim to use a 24 hour service to ensure your items are with you as quickly as possible.
Will my jewellery arrive safely?
Absolutely. Every item is securely packaged in a luxury jewellery box and protective brand packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use insured and signed for delivery services, wherever possible.
Gift Wrapping
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. A luxury gift-wrapping option is available to add for each product on the product page, in the cart and at checkout
What’s included with gift wrapping?
Gift wrapping includes a branded gift bag, additional brand-themed packaging, and a handwritten gift note with your chosen message.
Can you send my order directly to the recipient?
Of course. Simply enter the recipient’s address as the delivery address at checkout, and your gift will arrive ready to be given.
You can also add a message which we will personalise further into a handwritten note to provide a more personalised touch.

This includes responsible sourcing where available, minimal waste practices, and carefully chosen packaging designed to be reused or recycled.

Will my personal details be kept secure?
Absolutely. Your information is only used to process your order and is never shared beyond what’s necessary for delivery and payment processing. Privacy policy

Do you offer bespoke or custom made pieces?
Yes. Bespoke commissions are welcomed and created in close collaboration with you.

How does the bespoke process work?
It begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss ideas, materials, timelines, and budget before moving into design and creation.
Are bespoke items refundable?
As bespoke pieces are made especially for you, they are non-refundable unless faulty.
Collections
Are your collections limited?
Some collections are limited or produced in small runs, reflecting the nature of independent craftsmanship.
Will sold out pieces be restocked?
Occasionally, but not always. If you’ve fallen in love with a piece that’s sold out, feel free to get in touch.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Yes. Returns are accepted in line with UK consumer regulations, provided the item is unworn and returned in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.
