I love working one-to-one with clients to create bespoke jewellery that feels truly personal. Whether you’re commissioning an engagement or wedding ring set, re-designing a treasured heirloom, or marking a special occasion, each piece is designed with care and made especially for you.

Below is an outline of what you can expect when ordering a bespoke piece from Purple Phoenix Jewellery.

The process begins by submitting an initial enquiry with your details. I’ll then be in touch to discuss the project you have in mind and ensure it’s a good fit for my style and specialisms. Please share as much detail as you can. I love learning about the gemstones or colours you’re drawn to, metal preferences, an approximate budget, and any ideas or references that inspire you. 

Once I’ve reviewed your enquiry and confirmed it’s a suitable match, I’ll arrange a follow up consultation. This gives us time to talk through the design in more detail, discuss expectations, and shape the direction of the piece. After this, I’ll provide a projected quote along with design options to suit your budget. A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

Timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the design and production stages. As a general guide, I recommend allowing 8–12 weeks from initial contact to completion. During busier periods, lead times may be longer, but current timescales will always be clearly communicated at the point of enquiry.
