At Purple Phoenix Jewellery, I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new pieces.

I take great care in processing and shipping your order securely. Items are insured for transit and may require a signature. I will do my best to avoid any delays and aim to send items out securely and promptly. 

Please read my shipping policy carefully to understand delivery times, costs, and procedures.

Order Processing
  • I will try to process all orders that are in-stock and dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
  • Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 12 PM will be processed the following business day.
  • Bespoke and non stock items we will contact you directly to confirm dispatch times as this will be affected by material sourcing and making periods.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which includes a tracking number.

UK Domestic Shipping
We use a tracked and insured service for all UK orders, with a signature and/or photo required upon delivery to ensure your valuable jewellery arrives safely.

  • Please Note: A signature and/or photo is required for all deliveries. Delivery times for remote areas like the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands may be slightly longer.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Purple Phoenix Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.
  • Packaging: For security reasons, we use discreet outer packaging that does not mention "jewellery" or our company name to prevent theft.

Delays, Loss, and Damage
  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays outside our control, such as carrier issues, weather, or customs processing.
  • Responsibility: Under UK consumer law, the goods are our responsibility until they are delivered to you. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will resolve the issue for you.
  • Procedure for Issues: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately. For a lost parcel, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
